Over time, dialogue can get lost amidst the stresses of daily routine and partners can't manage to feel connected to each other. Or anger and misunderstandings can block communication and impede a positive living. Many factors can lead couples to issues... But Psychology can help with that. In our sessions, I offer a safe space for discussing problems and identifying needs. Together we can find answers.

My role is to facilitate and reestablish the flow of communication, mediating conflict so the couple can figure out solutions and make new agreements. I use Behavioral Psychology and Non-Violent Communication in weekly sessions of 50 minutes to support couples on their path to clarity.
